Bush’s Blinds began in the Goulburn Valley in 1937 with a vision to offer high quality, affordable window furnishings to custom Australian homes and commercial spaces. We have since developed a dependable reputation.

Our experience spans eight decades with the original family business beginning in 1937 from a factory in Shepparton. Our speciality was Canvas awnings, and with this we met the demands of our clients trying to escape the summer sun.

In the heart of Covid 19 2020 We Picked up and moved from our store of 25 years to a Brand New Location at 8 Benalla Road, Shepparton. With a new location we completed an entire rebrand with new logo and showroom style. Our new showroom has an array of motorised blinds to show what you can truly do with home automation.

As such, our passion for window furnishings has been ingrained in us from a very young age, by listening and then participating in open family discussions. We could take our extensive family knowledge in product and procurement and apply it to custom and high-end projects. We have always strived to find better solutions at more affordable prices to our clients.Our team is our family. By creating a workplace where we have fun and want to work hard, we have been able to build a truly brilliant team.

We are one of the last remaining awning manufacturers in the Goulburn Valley continuing to keep our products locally made.

Bush’s Blinds offers a one (1) year warranty on parts, materials and labour for all products. The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance of the invoice by Bush’s Blinds. Upon expiration of this particular warranty, standard factory warranties may apply to all products, including current market rate for service and repairs. Bush’s Blinds will make every effort to repair and reinstall the warranted products in a timely fashion. Warranty stays with the original purchaser and where products have not been removed from the original window they were installed onto.

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer law.

For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

to cancel your service contract with us; and
to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are
entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are
entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and
obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or
service

The warranty does not cover (and we will not replace or repair products from);
Normal Wear and Tear.
Abuse, Misuse, Alterations, Accident and Neglect
Damage to fabric due to using incorrect methods of cleaning not approved by Bush’s Blinds
Mould + Mildew growth due to cleaning products. Accumulation of Dust, Grime, Bird Matter or Water Sitting on the fabric.
Natural Deterioration from the elements such as fabric shrinkage, discolouration and other changes throughout time.
Any damage caused by weather (Rain, Hail, Wind, Lightning, Flooding)
Electrical Works must be completed to a satisfactory safe level, If the works are deemed unsafe, The Products will be not covered under warranty.
Not working or damaged for longer than 3 months.
Modifications made by any person that is not a Bush’s Blinds Installer.
